Info and Concepts

Aerotrack uses the “report centre” a centralized popup window where any report can be run and previewed.

The report centre icon Screen Shot 2017-04-12 at 1.42.08 PM can be found in most screens in Aerotrack.

Reports for each module can be accessed by choosing which area you wish to report on within the Report Centre window.Screen Shot 2016-02-22 at 12.25.23 PMScreen Shot 2017-04-12 at 1.43.05 PM

Go to the full Reports Guide for more information on individual reports.

In the Preview window you can either print the report or save the report in various formats, most commonly you will save this as a .pdf or .rtf or .xls. Once the document is saved in these formats it can be opened in the respective program for editing.

The key to what find requests should be entered is in the name of the report. EG. A “purchases by date” report wants a date or date range as a minimum entered. A “labour by tradesman and date” report wants the tradesman’s name and a date or date range.
