Info and Concepts
The System Administration section contains the company default information which needs to be entered at the original setup of Aerotrack. These are required for header information for most reports and invoices.
Company Defaults are categorised into different sections each with its own tab panel.

- Labour – Activities Setup
- System Text fields
- Custom Lists
- Aviation Lists
- Safety Events
- Recency Setup
In the left menu gar open the System menu list.
Only a User with the correct permissions can gain access to the System Administration functions so your options may look different to the options displayed above.
The user must have the “Access System Admin” box checked in their user account settings.
