Crew Management

Aerotrack Ops allows the AOC to hold all data relating to the Flight Crew and other staff members in one central repository.


Crew members are entered into the system and their current logbook totals and ratings can be added, as the flight data in entered over time the crew logbook can be maintained online and printed as required.

As flights are entered by the pilots their flight and duty time is tracked against the CASA regulations. The crew record shows running totals so the crew member always knows where they flight and duty times sits within the limits.

The two main areas tracked are flight and duty and pilot recency. These can be customised by the organisation to match the AOC requirements and the applicable CASA regulations. The Aerotrack Ops system proactively notifies staff members and management when they are approaching limits for any applicable limit.
