MRO + OPS

Fixes

Dashboard Tiles
  • Corrected an issue in which a user could add a dashboard tile starting with “My” when
    they are not listed in the personnel register (MRO) or flight crew register (OPS).
User Accounts
  • Corrected an issue with System > User Accounts not exporting data to Excel.

Improvements

  • We have improved the formatting of all Excel exports from the system to allow for correct
    font sizes, column widths and headers. These exports will now also hold the sort that was
    applied in the grid before exporting.
System Administration
  • We have moved the legal documents (terms of use, privacy policy, service level
    agreement) from being a sub-menu of the ‘System’ node to the User Profile menu in the top
    right of the application.
  • Your organisation can now enforce specific password requirements on new and updated
    passwords.
    You can specify a minimum length of the password (6,8,10,12 characters).
    You can specify a complexity of the password (Upper, lower case, include numbers, include
    special characters).
    Existing passwords will not be affected.
    Please contact technical support to enable this on your account.

    Job Tasks
    • Corrected an issue inside the job taskcard > ‘Parts Used’ tab that displayed the ‘GRN’
      column as ‘Category’.
    Jobs
    • Corrected an issue in which the enabled ‘Job # Not Editable’ setting in preferences was
      causing the Job Number in an external job to be uneditable.
      The Job # on an external Job is always editable unless locked.
    Log Book Entries
    • Corrected an issue in which a ‘Piston Engine Condition Report’ required a personnel record
      to have ‘Perform Turbine Ground Run’ enabled. This has been changed to use ‘LAME’
      checkbox setting from the personnel record.
    • Corrected an issue when automatically generating the table records for independent
      inspections and not grouping these correctly in certain conditions.
    New Maintenance Control
    • Corrected an issue in Maintenance Control > warnings that caused an error when the
      printing and there were no warnings in the table.
    • Corrected an issue that caused a defect with required parts to not display the required
      parts when creating the task card from within the Job.
    • Corrected an issue causing an error when printing the ‘Reliability Register’ and the table
      contained no records.
    • Corrected an issue where component sub tasks were not being transfered to the taskcard
      when the component was added to a work pack.
    Order Planner
    • Corrected an issue with the order planner when creating a purchase order that included
      non-selected line items.
    • Corrected an issue in that caused an error when filtering by job number.
    Purchases
    • Corrected an issue that caused a hard error when changing status from a bill to an order
      without a GRN with a received quantity.
    Sales
    • Corrected an issue within Sales when sending parts sold to a customer to be owner
      supplied.
    Sales Quotes
    • Corrected an issues within a Sales Quote when adding tasks with required parts resulting
      in the wrong number of parts being added in certain situations.
    Tooling
    • Corrected an issue where inactive staff names weren’t being shown in a calibrated tooling
      job history.
      This calibrated job history within the tooling record is no longer editable.
      These records must be added either to the job directly or the tools issue function.

    Improvements

    New Maintenance Control
    • Updated the Aircraft Model Library to incorporate additional aircraft models.
    • Added support to print the job counters for airframe and engines as tables in the header
      in certain reports.
    • Added an additional counter: Fatigue Hours.
    Personnel
    • Personnel > Personnel Register > Detail Form > Tab Panels for logbook entries, tasks
      completed, timesheets, ARCs.
      You can now export this data displayed in tables for each tab panel to excel.
    Purchases
    • When choosing a task on a purchase line-item, clicking the search icon next to the field will
      open a list of tasks with their descriptions for easier task identification and selection.
    Repairs
    • The repair list-view now shows both ‘Open’ and ‘Out for Repair’ repairs by default.
    Sales
    • Numerous improvements to calculating the sell price of a part within Sales, Sales Quotes
      and Invoicing from a Job.
      These changes include pricing system improvements and currency factors in the Sales and
      Quotes.

      • Corrected an issue causing a hard error when saving a Booking with two sectors as a
        Template.

      Locations
      • The sidebar navigation in ops now breaks out the landing sites and waypoints into it’s own
        ‘Locations’ menu. Previously these were sub-menus under the ‘Flights’ node.
