Improvements

Jobs
  • You can now elect what Airframe and Engine counters you require to be shown on
    worksheets and engineering workpackage forms.
There is now a print option against each counter in the jobs form > notes tab panel.
You can also elect the default print option against the counters per rego in the maintenance
control section aircraft detail form > configuration tab panel > configure counters window.
Setting this print option here will use this setting on all future jobs.
  • External jobs now include the parts mark up tab panel as well as invoicing tools from the
    actions menu.
  • Exporting the job register to a excel now includes the base code.
New Maintenance Control
  • By default exporting a schedule will not have the re-export blocked checked. This can be
set by the user if required.
Purchases
  • Exporting purchase lineitems using the Garmin export now correctly formats the quantity.
Requisitions
  • The parts list type ahead within requisitions now does not show inactive parts
Sales
  • The salesperson field within a sale is now type ahead of all personnel.
  • The list picker tool for a part # now opens a window where the user can search for a part #
    or category or description.
The results of the search display in a table showing the part # details as well as lead times,
date of sales price review, and calculated charge pricing.
Selecting the line will add these details to the new lineitem.
Sales Quotes
  • New columns have been added to parts sales quotes for the individual lineitems belonging
    to the quote.
    • Condition (type ahead list)
    • Lead time (this will pick up the default lead time per part #)
    • Quantity required (this is the quantity required by your customer vs quantity you have
      available)
These fields can be added to your printed quote documentation on request.
For legacy quotes the quantity required has been set = to quantity available.
  • The list picker tool for a part # now opens a window where the user can search for a part #
    or category or description.
The results of the search display in a table showing the part # details as well as lead times,
date of sales price review, and calculated charge pricing.
Selecting the line will add these details to the new lineitem.
Stock Adjustments
  • Stock adjustments previously showed inward and outward movements on the one form.
This is now been split so that inward movements appear on their own tab pannel and
outward movements appear on their own tab pannel.
This also is applied to kit builds and splitting stock transfers.
This should make it easier for users to view the separate inward and outward movements.

New Features

Inventory
  • We have added a tool to show inventory balances as at a particular date, inventory >
    historical balances.
Using this tool the user can set a particular date (and optionally a part category and part #)
to calculate the stock balances at that date.
The user can “drill down” to:
    • a particulaty category
    • to a part # within that category
    • to a batch within that part #
    • to the individual transactions for that batch

From the actions menu you can export these data to excel.
The accuracy of this feature can be affected by the following two issues.
1. Date accuracy.
If the transaction line does not have a date or the date is in the future this functionallity will
be blocked untill these dates are corrected. This can be done using the tool inventory >
historical balances > actions menu > find transactions without a date.
2. Quantity on hand batch calculations
We have also provided a tool to find batches with a quantity on hand that does not match
the (sum of inward movements – sum of outward movements). This tool is found inventory >
grn list > find button > checkbox “Find Incorrect Batch Quantities”. By entering the individual
GRN record this quantity on hand will be re-calculated correctly, save the record to store
these changes, do this for all records found.

Please correct both of these issues before running the following reports.
We have added a new report in the report center “Valuation by Category & Date
(Summary)” please run this report as a today’s date as well the “Valuation by Category
(Summary)” to make sure these values match. If you have corrected both the above issues
and these reports do not match please contact tech support to resolve.
