Improvements

Document Management
  • Corrected an issue where opening documents without required security settings did not
    show the warning dialog.
Personnel
  • Recencies created in the system administration > recency setup will automatically
    uppercase the recency code.
System Administration
  • We have replaced the 2 menus in the top right corner of the application for basic user
    settings and accessing user guides into a single user menu.
    This menu now allows you to:
    • Change your password
    • Set up your dashboard
    • Access to user guides
    • Access to video tutorials
    • Direct link to “contact us” forms on our website
      You will now receive a reminder window periodically on opening the application, of the
      functionality of the user menu.

  • Corrected an issue where the “Exchange overdue” tile was not showing the right values.
Jobs
  • Corrected an issue where the user could add labour lineitems to a job without saving the
    previous edit.
  • Corrected an issue when using the advanced search on jobs, the coordinators where
    doubling up.
New Maintenance Control
  • Corrected an issue on changing the class code of an aircraft in the notes panel causing a
    lock in the application
  • Corrected an issue of the data audit of a schedule including retired components
Purchases
  • Corrected an issue where a user without the correct permissions could create new part
    numbers.

Job Tasks
  • Added a “created by” label in the footer of the job task card window
Jobs
  • When printing a maintenance release attachment there is a new print option “MR
    detailed”.
    This document more closely follows the appearance of the standard CASA maintenance
    release.
    This document can be customised on request.
New Maintenance Control
  • We made a number of improvements to the AD Compliance report.
    Recurring items and non-recurring items are now grouped together.
    Recurring item now state the recurring last done, next due, and to run in the compliance
    details column.
    If the AD is not attached to the airframe then we list the component details in the
    description column.
    We have an option to sort the compliance report by AD folder or the AD category.
RFQs
  • It is now possible to add sales quoted parts to an RFQ through the actions menu.

    Bookings
    • Corrected an issue where standard items in booking financial details tab panel with post-flight invoicing did not allow the users to delete.
    Crew Duty & Roster
    • Corrected an issue where off duty appendix was included in cumulative duty calculation.
    • Corrected an issue where night rules on appendix 5 were not creating a discretion under
      certain conditions.
    Discretions
    • Corrected an issue where deleting a log book entry for a flight crew member did not clear
      any discretion associated with the log book entry.
    Operations
    • Corrected an issue where an operation without a status was blocking the user leaving the
      form.
