Jobs by Client

This report requires at least a client name. You may also enter additional find request such as date or date range, and type and status. It reports a summary of all those jobs sorted by the client name.

Jobs by Date

This report requires at least a date or date range. You may also enter additional find request such as client name, and type and status. It reports a summary of all those jobs sorted by date.

Jobs by Status

This report groups jobs by status and then customer then job type. It displays all header information about that job including summary hours. You can query this report by status, customer, job type or date range or any combination of these.

Jobs by Rego

This report groups jobs for a specific rego by job type. It displays all costs for that job. It requires at least a date range and a rego.

Jobs Work in Progress

List jobs with work in progress, including parts and labour costs. Requires a job status and starting date as a minimum.

Job Profit & Loss

This useful report requires a find request and summarises each job into parts and labour costs vs. income for the job. The income is established either manually on the notes tab or from a related sales invoice.

Job Profit & Loss by Task

This report requires a job number and summarises each task of that job into parts and labour costs vs. income for the job.

Parts Used per Job

This report requires at least a Job no. It reports the parts used (cost and quantity) on that job. It is not summarised, as an alternative use the ‘Parts used per job (Categorized)’ Report. New in version 3.04 this will also sub-summarise by task.

Parts Used and Markup per Job

This report is similar the previous report and requires at least a Job no. It summarises the parts used (cost and quantity) on that job and also includes the markup sell price for each part.

Parts Used and Markup per Job by Item

This report is similar to the ‘Parts used and markup per job’ report, however it will sort the parts by item code rather that by task. This will assist in checking the costing of a job where you have multiple batches of the same item.

Parts Used per Job (Customer Copy)

This report is similar to the ‘Parts Used per Job’ report, but shows the charge price instead of the cost price.

Parts Used per Job (Categorised – Customer Copy)

This report is similar to the ‘Parts Used per Job (Categorised)’ report, but shows the charge price instead of the cost price.

Parts Used per Job (Audit Copy)

This report is similar to the ‘Parts Used per Job’ report, but shows only shows the quantity without any costs or charges.

Parts Built/Used per Job

This report requires at least a Job no. It reports the parts used (cost and quantity) as well as any parts manufactured for that maintenance job. You do not normally use this report unless you have built inventory on the job.

Parts Used per Job (Categorised)

A more useful variation of ‘Parts Used per Job’, this report requires at least a Job no. It reports the parts used (cost and quantity) on that job summarised by each parts category.

Parts Used per Job (Summary)

This report shows only summary information of the previous report and is useful if the parts detail is not necessary. It is sorted by each parts category.

Task List per Job

This report lists all tasks and their descriptions for a particular job. It requires a job number for the search. It also displays the estimated and actual hours accumulated for each task and their respective totals.

Task and Action Taken per Job

This report lists all tasks, their descriptions and action taken for a particular job. It requires a job number for the search. It also displays the actual hours accumulated for each task and the total.

Work Order

This will generate a work order for sign off by the person authorized to allow maintenance to the aircraft. It contains a description of work and aircraft detail all of which is assigned from data from aerotrack.  You may also hand write into the print out additional work. It is available in both plain pare and letterhead formats.

Labour by Job and Date

This report requires at least a job number (you may also enter a date or date range). It reports the labour used (cost and quantity) on a particular job sorted by date.

Labour by Job and Activity (Detail)

This commonly used report requires at least a job number. It reports the labour used (cost and quantity) on a particular job sorted by activity.

Labour by Job and Activity (Customers Copy)

This report requires at least a job number. It reports the labour used (quantity only) on a particular job sorted by activity. This report will not list your labour cost /hour and is therefore useful to attach to an invoice showing how the total labour has been consumed on the job.

Labour by Job and Date (Customer Copy)

This report requires at least a job number (you may also enter a date or date range). It reports the labour used (quantity) on a particular job sorted by date.

Labour by Job and Date and Charge (Customer Copy)

This report requires at least a job number (you may also enter a date or date range). It reports the labour used (quantity and charge) on a particular job sorted by date.

Labour by Job and Activity (Summary)

This commonly used report requires at least a job number. It summarises the labour used (cost and quantity) on a particular job sorted by activity. Unlike the detail report it includes no detail information.

Labour by Job and Task

Similar to the report by ‘Labour by Job and Date’ but now sorted and grouped by task.

Labour by Date and Task

This report requires at least a job number (you may also enter a date or date range). It reports the labour used by task and date.

Labour by Job and Task (Customer Copy)

Same information as the ‘Labour by Job and Task’ but with the charge details.

Labour by Job and Task (Summary)

Same information as the ‘Labour by Job and Task’ but with no detail, summary only.

Labour by Date and Activity

This report requires at least a date or date range. It summarises the labour used (cost and quantity) on every job within the dates sorted by date first then activity and tradesman. This report is useful to determine what work was carried on all jobs on a given date or date range.

Labour by Tradesman and Date

This report requires at least a tradesman’s name and a date or date range. It summarises the labour used (cost and quantity) on every job that tradesman has worked on within the date range.  It is sorted by Job first then date and then activity. This report is particularly useful to determine what work a particular tradesman carried out on all jobs in a given period (e.g. a week).

Labour by Tradesman and Date (Payroll Summary)

This report requires a date range. It summarises work carried out by a tradesman during a period by activity and is very useful in transferring this to your payroll system.
