Valuation by Category (Summary)

No Find request is required. This report will give exactly the same value as the ‘parts list’ view but will show no detail and summary info only. This is very useful for end of month reporting due its brevity.

Item Transactions

This report requires a part #, date range or job # and lists all transaction sorted by part # and then date. All transactions from every section of the software are listed.

Item Listing

This report requires a category, manufacturer or description and lists all parts by category with their bin location and usual supplier.

Item GRN Transactions

This report is a more useful variant of the Item Transactions report and requires at least a part # or batch ref. This report will summarize all transactions by batch ref. and is especially useful for traceability. If you specify a batch ref. this will only list the transactions for that batch!

Item Re-Order

By popular demand this report has returned and no longer shows all items but only those with a negative reorder difference. No Find request is required. If the part # has alternate parts, the alternate parts with on hand values will be displayed by batch ref.

Transactions by Serial #

Lists all transactions by part serial no. Requires a part # and serial #, can also be filtered by GRN.

Inward Stock Movements by Date

This report lists all inward stock movements for purchases-Bills, adjustments, and inward maintenance. It does not include non-inventory items. Requires a date range. Useful for auditing accounting periods.

Outward Stock Movements by Date

This report lists all outward stock movements for Sales-Parts Invoices, adjustments, and parts used on maintenance jobs. It does not include non-inventory items. Requires a date range. Useful for auditing accounting periods.

Price and Availability of Kit

This report lists kit components for a particular parent item and requires this item code. It produces a P & A report which can be faxed to a supplier. It only lists parts that have been ticked ‘included’ in the component list.

Kit Picking List

This report lists all kit parts required for a particular parent item and requires this item code. It produces a picking list report for the store to pick these items. It is sorted by part type and then item description.

Kit Picking List with Alternates

This report lists all kit parts required for a particular parent item and requires this item code. It produces a picking list report for the store to pick these items. It is sorted by part type and then item description. It also lists all alternate parts, that have stock on hand, for each part and is ordered by the batch.

Kit Quote

This report requires kit components listed for a particular parent item and requires this item code. It produces a quote sheet listing the average cost, last cost and sell price for the kit parent item. It is useful for generating quotes and costing these prior to the job commencing. It is sorted by part type and then item description.

Rotables Listing

This report lists all rotable parts that are on hand in inventory. No Find request is required. It is sorted by owner then by category and then part #.

Stocktake sheets by Item Code

This report is designed to aid stores in stocktaking inventory. It requests a bin location. This report is sorted by item code. If a batch has a serial # it will be shown on the report.

Shelf-Life Inventory Due

This report requires a date. The report finds all item batches that have the self-life due prior to the date entered. It is sorted by the batch finish date for each item code.
