Info and Concepts
The Returns section is where the pilot or crew can enter the details of a flight after it has been carried out. The crew member has the ability to access a booking that has been confirmed or to create an entirely new sector and enter the details from scratch.
Where
The Returns section is accessed via the Flights menu, click on the “returns” menu item to open the blank returns screen ready for data entry.
There are two ways of entering a sector return in this module. If the flight has been entered and confirmed via the bookings module the basic details of the sectors will be available for completion. Alternatively if the flight does not exist as a confirmed booking the details can be entered via this module from scratch.
